The Lady Ball
Spirit was proud to volunteer with The Lady Ball for Ovarian Cancer Canada on September 15th at the Westin Nova Scotian. Our team gave their time and talents to provide hair services for the local leaders who walked the catwalk in the event!
The Lady Ball showcased people from our community who have grit, tenacity, strength and courage. Local female leaders who have ‘ladyballs’ and men who support our community walked the catwalk in a fashion show featuring clothing and accessories from local businesses. We look forward to a continued strong partnership with Ovarian Cancer Canada.
On July 13th, Spirit hosted Dad Academy, a complimentary hands on course for Dads to learn some tricks to doing their daughters' hair! We had a full house of eager participants who worked one on one with our stylists to learn the basics- from ponytails to braids!
It was such a fun event for all involved and we can't wait to do it again!
Young At Art
